Triple Decker Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 unsliced white sandwich loaf, crusts removed | ||
| Butter | ||
| Hard-boiled eggs | 4 , hardboiled | |
| Mayonnaise | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon, made | |
| 3 tablespoons mustard and cress | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 125 Gram, grated | |
| 4 tablespoons sweet pickle | ||
| Cottage cheese | 175 Gram | |
| Tomatoes | 3 , diced | |
| Parsley sprigs and tomato wedges to garnish | ||
Directions
Cut the loaf of bread into slices and spread with butter.
Mix together the eggs, mayonnaise, mustard and mustard and cress.
Combine the Cheddar cheese and pickle in a separate bowl.
Mix together the cottage cheese and tomatoes in a third bowl.
Sandwich the bread slices together with alternate layers of the different fillings to make triple decker sandwiches.
Cut the sandwiches diagonally into quarters and arrange on a serving plate.
Chill until required.
Serve, garnished with parsley sprigs and tomato wedges.
