 1 unsliced white sandwich loaf, crusts removed
 Butter
 Hard-boiled eggs4 , hardboiled
 Mayonnaise5 Tablespoon
 Mustard1/2 Teaspoon, made
 3 tablespoons mustard and cress
 Cheddar Cheese125 Gram, grated
 4 tablespoons sweet pickle
 Cottage cheese175 Gram
 Tomatoes3 , diced
 Parsley sprigs and tomato wedges to garnish

Directions

Cut the loaf of bread into slices and spread with butter.
Mix together the eggs, mayonnaise, mustard and mustard and cress.
Combine the Cheddar cheese and pickle in a separate bowl.
Mix together the cottage cheese and tomatoes in a third bowl.
Sandwich the bread slices together with alternate layers of the different fillings to make triple decker sandwiches.
Cut the sandwiches diagonally into quarters and arrange on a serving plate.
Chill until required.
Serve, garnished with parsley sprigs and tomato wedges.
