3 cups chocolate butter cream
1 cup chocolate shavings
2 cups chocolate sauce
Directions
Unroll cold cake.
Spread successive layers of raspberry jam and one third chocolate butter cream.
Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
Gently roll again.
With a spatula, frost cake with remaining butter cream.
Decorate with remaining chocolate shavings.
