 Ground turkey2 Pound
 3 slices protein bread, toasted
 2 eggs, slightly beaten
 Onion1 Medium, minced
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Prepared horseradish2 Tablespoon
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 1/4 cup evaporated skim milk
 Tomato Paste1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients lightly and keep aside one thirdcup of the tomato paste
2. Shape the meat into a 9"X5"X3" loaf pan and spread the reserved the tomato paste on top
3. Bake at 350°F for an hour and fifteen minutes; drain the juices and unmold into a heated platter

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
