Tri-Level Brownies Recipe

| Vanilla | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |

| Powdered sugar | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) |

Directions
1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
MAKING
2)In a bowl, sift 1 1/2 cup flour, soda and 1/4 teaspoon salt together.
3)Then, add oats and brown sugar.
4)In a pan, melt 6 tablespoons butter and add it to oat mixture.
5)Take a 10-inch square pan and press this mixture and bake for 10 minutes.
6)In small pan, melt 4 tablespoons butter and 1 square chocolate together.
7)Add 2/3 cup flour, sugar, baking powder, remaining salt, egg, milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and nuts. Mix well.
8)Pour this mixture on oat mixture and bake for 25 minutes and cool.
9)Now, melt the remaining butter and chocolate together and add powdered sugar and remaining vanilla.
10)Give it a good mix until spreading consistency, adding small amount of warm water, if needed.
11)Frost brownies and cut into squares.
SERVING
12)Serve the brownies when desired.
