Tri-Colored Pepper Saute Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 green peppers, seeded and cut into strips | ||
| 1 sweet red pepper, seeded and cut into strips | ||
| 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into strips | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add water and oil.
Place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add peppers, garlic, salt, and oregano; saute 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and stir in vinegar.
