Tri color melons with honey ginger Recipe

Ingredients
Cantaloup one small
Honeydew one small
Water melon 3/4 of a melon seedless
Ginger 2 inch piece (cut into julians)
Ginger juice ( Blend a three inch piece of ginger with 4 tablespoon of water and strain)
Honey 4 table spoon
Mint leaves sprigs for garnish
Directions
Using a parisan scoop, turn out melon balls from all the three.
In a bowl mix the ginger juice and honey. Add the melon balls to the mixture. Chill the melon balls for about 30 minutes.
Serve the melon balls in a martini glass with the juices. Garnish with ginger julians and mint leaves
