Trail Mix Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
2 cups unsalted dry roasted soybeans
2 cups raisins
1 cup dried papaya chunks
1 cup dried banana slices
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup lightly toasted pumpkin seeds
1 cup walnut halves
1 cup cashews
Directions
Place all ingredients into a large bowl or pan, and mix lightly but thoroughly.
For use away from home, package each half cup of mix in a small plastic bag, and close it securely.
For home snacking, store in canisters or jars.
