Directions

follow vidNow purists would not add bacon or red sweet onion I guess, but hey as long as you grind your own beef and roast those New Mexico Green Chiles it will be good.

I love both green and red ripe Hatch Chiles. Sometimes we use cheddar other times a more gourmet cheese. Sometimes we even use onion rolls. he condiments are where you cusromize your burger.

Sometimes I use half beef and half lamb, or buffalo ground meat, and if you prefer use all ground lamb for those who don't eat beef.

I bet, cheese and the spiciness of the green chile cheeseburger makes it more tempting. However, can you suggest if I can use chicken instead of lamb & beef as these two are a strict no-no to me!!

Now that is a very interesting way to make cheeseburgers go really appetizing! A lil bit of spiciness and the onion flavor has it all that it takes to make it my favorite. Also, the method of grilling too will add some falvor to the burger, i feel! :)
