Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, soda and baking powder.
2)In another bowl, mix eggs, orange juice, hot water, butter and orange rind.
3)Mix it into flour mixture.
4)Add cranberries and nuts.
5)Take 2 greased loaf pans and put the batter into it.
6)Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
7)Remove from pans and cool on rack.

SERVING
8)Serve the traditional cranberry bread as a snack.
