Directions

Mix all the ingredients to make a sticky dough ball. Place it in a greased clay pot and score an X on top of the dough. Brush it lightly with water. Put the pot in a solar heater. The dough turns golden brown in about 2 hours. The bread is now fully baked. It is crispy outside while moist and chewy inside. Serve the bread with butter.
