Traditional Christmas Fudge Recipe
Traditional Christmas Fudge has a lovely taste. Traditional Christmas Fudge gets its taste from evaporated milk mixed with butter and topped with walnuts.
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2/3 cup undiluted Evaporated Milk | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chocolate morsels | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans and walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
COMBINE butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in medium, heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
STIR in marshmallows, morsels, nuts and vanilla.
Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
Pour into foil-lined 8-inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle with additional pecans if desired.
Chill until firm.
