Trader Vic's Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| 3/4 cup Jamaica rum | ||
| Apricot preserves | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 1 Quart | |
Directions
Blend rum with preserves in a chafing dish or 2-quart glass saucepan.
Scoop ice cream onto dessert plates and ring with fruit, if used.
Heat sauce until warm, bring to the table, touch a match to it, and stir vigorously while it burns.
When flame starts to die, pour over ice cream.
