Tournedos Recipe
Tournedos is a French delicacy. Tournedos gets its taste from bacon mixed with chicken lovers and flavored with parsley. Tournedos is inspired by many food chains worldwide.
Ingredients
| 4 tournedos, cut 1 1/2 in. thick | ||
| 4 narrow slices bacon | ||
| Fat for frying | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| 1 slice pate de fois gras | ||
| 1 small piece of goose liver | ||
| Truffle | 1 | |
| Tomato | 1 | |
| Asparagus spears Dill | ||
| Parsley | ||
| Chicken livers | ||

Directions
Beat tournedos very slightly with a meat hammer, then push together so that they are round in shape.
Wrap outside edge with a bacon slice and secure with string.
Heat a small amount of fat in a heavy skillet and add tournedos.
Saute 3 to 4 minutes on each side; season with salt and pepper. (If desired, the tournedos may be placed under broiler heat and cooked to personal taste.)
Transfer to a heated platter.
