Touch Of Dill Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 blade or round bone lamb chops, 1/2-inch thick | ||
| Shortening | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dill seed | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a skillet, add shortening and brown the chops on either sides.
2. Stir in water, dill seed and soup.
3. Mix thoroughly and simmer, stirring intermittently, for about 35 to 40 minutes or till chops turn fork tender.
SERVING
4. Serve hot.
