Tossed Salad With Balsamic Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups torn spinach leaves
2 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 cup torn green or red leaf lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup peeled, seeded, and chopped cucumber
1/3 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
3 tablespoons sherry
2 tablespoons water
Directions
1. Toss together spinach, romaine, green or red leaf lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, cucumber, and red onion.
2. Combine balsamic vinegar, oregano, sherry, and water.
