 Watercress1 Bunch (100gm)
 Yellow onion1 Small, thinly sliced
 Radishes12 , thinly sliced
 1 medium-size Arm, ripe pear, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
 Vegetable oil3 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 1/2 teaspoon Dijon or prepare spicy brown mustard

Directions

1. Wash the watercress and dry it with paper toweling. Cut off and discard the stem ends, tear the watercress into bite-size pieces, and place in a serving bowl. Add the onion, radishes, and pear slices.
2. In a small bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, salt, and mustard. Pour this dressing over the salad, toss, and serve.
