Tossed Watercress Salad With Radishes And Pear Recipe
Ingredients

| Radishes | 12 , thinly sliced | |
| 1 medium-size Arm, ripe pear, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced | ||

| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon Dijon or prepare spicy brown mustard | ||
Directions
1. Wash the watercress and dry it with paper toweling. Cut off and discard the stem ends, tear the watercress into bite-size pieces, and place in a serving bowl. Add the onion, radishes, and pear slices.
2. In a small bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, salt, and mustard. Pour this dressing over the salad, toss, and serve.
