Ingredients

 6 Cups tightly packed bitter greens
 Feta cheese1/3 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled
 Basil1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 3 Plum tomatoes, quartered lengthwise
 3 Tablespoons canned low-sodium chicken broth, undiluted
 Balsamic vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Olive oil1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss gently.
Combine broth and next 6 ingredients; stir well.
Pour over greens mixture just before serving, and toss gently.
