Tossed Salad Supremo Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 Cups tightly packed bitter greens | ||
| Feta cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Basil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 3 Plum tomatoes, quartered lengthwise | ||
| 3 Tablespoons canned low-sodium chicken broth, undiluted | ||
| Balsamic vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss gently.
Combine broth and next 6 ingredients; stir well.
Pour over greens mixture just before serving, and toss gently.
