Tossed Romaine Recipe
Ingredients
| Romaine lettuce head | 1 | |
| 1/4 head purple cabbage | ||
| Carrot | 1 | |
| Parsley bunch | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Radishes | 1/2 Bag (1kg) | |
| Peppers | 2 To taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Wash all the vegetables properly.
MAKING
2) In a large salad bowl, gently tear romaine lettuce, chop the cabbage and remainig vegetables(carrots can be made into flowe or star shapes)
3) Mix all the vegetables togehter. P.S. if the greens are well dried, the salad will keep longer.
SERVING
4) Serve it as a side dish.
