Tossed Raw Vegetable Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 lb. green cabbage, finely shredded
1/2 lb. carrots, finely grated
1/2 lb. red cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 green pepper, slivered
1 fresh pimiento or red pepper, slivered
1/4 head cauliflower, separated into flowerets, and sliced crosswise
Directions
Prepare vegetables and combine in layers or at random in a large salad bowl.
Just before serving, toss in oil and vinegar dressing or serve separate dressings.
