Directions
Drain mandarin orange sections, reserving 4 teaspoons juice.
Set aside.
For salad, in a large salad bowl toss together torn lettuce, spinach, or romaine; radishes; green onion; and mandarin orange sections.
Set aside.
For dressing, in a small mixing bowl combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, sugar, dry mustard, hot pepper sauce, and reserved mandarin orange juice.
Pour dressing over salad mixture.
Toss lightly to coat.
