Tossed Green Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lettuce | 1 Large | |
| 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced | ||
| Shallots | 4 , sliced | |
| 1 green capsicum, sliced in rings | ||
| French Dressing | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Preferably in a colander wash lettuce well, drain and chill such that crisp.
2. In a bowl mix salad vegetables together and moisten adding enough French dressing.
SERVING
3. Toss salad lightly and serve chilled.
