Tossed green salad is a healthy and simple salad. Made with mustard greens along with spinach and other veggies like carrots, cabbage and lettuce, this crispy fresh and lovely salad can be served with any meal of choice.

Ingredients

 
1 small head red cabbage, shredded
 
1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
 
1 bunch mustard greens, shredded
 
1 bunch fresh spinach, shredded
 
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
 
3 bunches green onions, chopped
 
1 bunch radishes, chopped
 
1 c. diced carrots
 
1 c. chopped onion
 
1 c. chopped bell pepper
 
1 c. celery, chopped (1/2 inch pieces)
 
3 tomatoes, diced fine
 
1 tomato, sliced for garnish

Directions

Toss together in large mixing bowl.
Use 5 center slices of tomato for garnish.
Place 1 slice in center, 1 slice at each quarter of bowl and on top of salad.
