Exotic Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 plums skinned and cut in 8 wedges each | ||
| 4 peaches skinned and cut in | ||
| 8 wedges each or frozen sliced peaches thawed and drained | ||
| 1 banana fluted and cut in 1/2-inch diagonal slices | ||
| Frozen strawberries | 1 Pint, thawed | |
| 6 small clusters seedless green grapes | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 cups torn-up mixed greens | ||
| 1/2 cup watercress, stems removed | ||
Directions

Prepare the fruits and sprinkle with lemon juice to keep the color.
Flute the banana by drawing the tines of a sharp fork lengthwise along its surface.
Chill well.
(Save out a few berries to garnish the bowl or platter.) 2.
Mix the fruit and torn-up greens, and toss gently with the dressing.
Arrange in a large bowl or platter, and garnish with watercress, whole berries, and grape clusters.
