Tossed Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Grapefruit | 1 Small | |
| 1 medium-size pear | ||
| Seedless grapes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mandarin oranges | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1/4 cup olive oil or salad oil | ||
| 1 tablespoon each lemon juice and lime juice | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of cayenne | ||
| Chicory, watercress, or lettuce | ||
Directions
Remove peel and white membrane from grape fruit; lift out sections.
Also peel, core, and dice pear.
In a large bowl, mix together grapefruit, pear, grapes, and oranges.
Combine oil, lemon juice, lime juice, salt, paprika, and cayenne; blend well.
Pour over fruit and mix lightly, then chill.
