Tortino di Patate Recipe Video

I know the idea of using Mortadella in anything other than a sandwich is unusual but I promise you will love this recipe! It's the kind of dish that makes you say OMG this is fantastic with the very first bite. Serve as a main dish along with a hearty mixed green salad or as a unique side dish to accompany pork or beef. Mortadella is available at most deli counters in your local market, but if you can't find it you can substitute thinly sliced bologna!
