| Mortadella | 5 Ounce, thinly sliced and chopped finely | |
| Fontina | 4 Ounce, cut into small pieces | |
| Eggs | 2 Medium, beaten | |
| Parsely | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon (to coat the tart pan) | |
| Bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, softened |

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Grease the tart pan with olive oil and dust with ½ of the bread crumbs.
MAKING
3.In a large mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
4.Spread evenly into the tart pan.
5.Generously sprinkle the remaining bread crumbs on top.
6.Bake until golden brown.
SERVING
7.Serve along with a hearty mixed green salad or as a unique side dish to pork or beef.
