1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Grease the tart pan with olive oil and dust with ½ of the bread crumbs.
3.In a large mixing bowl mix the remaining ingredients .
4.Spread the mixture evenly into tart pan.
5.Sprinkle the remaining bread crumbs generously on top.
6.Bake until golden brown.
7.Serve along with a hearty mixed green salad or as a unique side dish to pork or beef.
