Ingredients

 Shredded cheddar cheese1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Shredded jack cheese1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Flour tortilla1
 Grated parmesan cheese2 Teaspoon
 Butter/Margarine2 Teaspoon, melted

Directions

Distribute Cheddar, jack, onion, and chile, if desired, over half the tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge; sprinkle with Parmesan.
Fold tortilla over and brush both sides with butter.
Broil about 3 inches from heat until top is lightly browned (about 2 minutes).
Turn over and broil until other side is browned and cheese is melted (about 2 more minutes).
