Recipe Story

This is always a popular snack in our home. Kids will enjoy making their own. It is ready in a snap. Great tasting when freshly made and served immediately. All of the amazing flavors blend together and it is always a hit!!

Ingredients

 8 Ezekiel or Brown Rice wraps
 Coconut oil1 Tablespoon
 Green onions, chopped
 Green, red, orange and yellow peppers,chopped
 Jalapeno pepper1 Large, minced
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Onion1 Large, diced
 1 cup shredded organic cheese
 1 cup homemade salsa

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Place 4 wraps flat on a cooking sheet.
3.Melt coconut oil in skillet. Stir-fry vegetables until translucent (approx.5-7 min).
4.Divide prepared vegetables on each wrap. Place another wrap on top.
5.Top each wrap with shredded cheese.
6.Place in oven for approximately 10 min.
7.Broil for 5 minutes. Remove and cut into triangles. Serve with salsa if desired.
