Tortilla Wrap Surprise Recipe
This recipe is quick and easy to make. You can easily add your own personal touch to this dish. You can serve it as an appetizer before a meal or a healthy snack during the evening. Delicious when served with a homemade salsa for dipping.

Ingredients
| 8 Ezekiel or Brown Rice wraps | ||
| Coconut oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green onions, chopped | ||
| Green, red, orange and yellow peppers,chopped | ||
| Jalapeno pepper | 1 Large, minced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Onion | 1 Large, diced | |
| 1 cup shredded organic cheese | ||
| 1 cup homemade salsa | ||
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Place 4 wraps flat on a cooking sheet.
3.Melt coconut oil in skillet. Stir-fry vegetables until translucent (approx.5-7 min).
4.Divide prepared vegetables on each wrap. Place another wrap on top.
5.Top each wrap with shredded cheese.
6.Place in oven for approximately 10 min.
7.Broil for 5 minutes. Remove and cut into triangles. Serve with salsa if desired.
