Tortilla Eggs With Parsley And Chile Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 medium-size eggs | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 small green chile, seeded (optional) and chopped | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Whisk the eggs with the parsley, chile, and salt and pepper to taste.
Melt the butter in a small frying pan over low heat.
When hot, pour in the egg mixture.
Cook the mixture, rather like a Spanish tortilla, for 5 minutes, until it is as firm as you like.
Serve with a green salad dressed with olive oil and lemon juice.
