Tortilla Chips With Melted Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| 7 cups Fried Tortilla Chips, homemade or purchased | ||
| 6 ounces shredded Cheddar and jack cheeses | ||
| Green chiles large can | 1 , diced | |
| Sour cream and sliced ripe olives | ||
Directions
Prepare Fried Tortilla Chips.
Spread a third of the chips in a 4-quart baking dish.
Top with a third of the cheese; then add a third of the chiles.
Repeat 2 more times.
Bake in a 400° oven until cheese is melted (about 10 minutes).
Garnish with several spoonfuls of sour cream and olives, if desired.
