Tortilla Chips Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 seven-inch corn tortillas | ||
| Nonstick vegetable or olive oil spray, if desired | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Chili powder, ground cumin, cayenne | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°F.
2) Split pita pockets to form 8 single rounds.
MAKING
3) Baste the rounds with light spray or brush with olive oil. Cut each one into 8 wedges.
4) Bake them on a sheet pan in oven for 8 minutes or till golden and crisp.
SERVING
5) Sprinkle salt and one of the optional seasonings.
