Tortellinl, Green and Simple Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 9-oz. pkg. refrigerated meat-or cheese-filled tortellini | ||
| Frozen peas | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Broccoli flowerets | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dried oregano | 2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Red pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
Directions
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, adding peas and broccoli to water with pasta; drain. Add cheese, oil, oregano, and crushed red pepper to the pasta-vegetable mixture; toss to mix. If desired, garnish with plum tomato wedges and oregano sprigs.
