 Cooked tortellini package2 , refrigerated
 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Red bell pepper1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 tablespoon butter or vegetable oil
 Solid pack pumpkin1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Diced tomatoes1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), undrained
 Chicken broth1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dried basil leaves1 Teaspoon, crushed
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Use a medium saucepan, to cook onion, garlic and bell pepper in butter over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until soft.
2) Fold in pumpkin, tomatoes, chicken broth, basil, salt and black pepper and stir properly.
3) Bring the mixture to a boil.
4) Reduce heat to low and cook gently over medium heat for 5 minutes.

SERVING
5) In a bowl, place the pasta and top with the sauce before serving.
