Tortellini With Prosciutto And Peas Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 lb. meat or cheese tortellini (or any stuffed pasta)
 
4 tbsp. butter
 
4 slices chopped prosciutto (or ham)
 
1 cup heavy cream
 
1/2 cup cooked green peas
 
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
 
Salt and pepper

Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large saucepan.
Add and saute until lightly browned.
Add pasta.
Add and stir on medium heat just until well-mixed.
