Tortellini With Green Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 3 cups hot water | ||
| 1 package fresh cheese-filled tortellini | ||
| 4 cups finely shredded green cabbage | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Light sour cream | ||
Directions
In a wide 3-quart pan, bring bouillon mixture to a boil over high heat.
Add tortellini, reduce heat, and boil gently for 10 minutes.
Add cabbage and continue to cook gently, stirring occasionally, until pasta has absorbed almost all liquid and is just tender to bite (3 to 4 minutes).
Season to taste with pepper.
