Ingredients

 Spinach or egg tortellini - 1 pound
 Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix - 1 envelope
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vegetable or olive oil - 1/4 cup
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Basil leaves2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Green onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Tomato1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Boil and cook the tortellini as per directions given on the packet.
2) Drain and rinse it with cold water. Keep aside.

MAKING
3) In a bowl prepare the dressing by combining soup mix, mayonnaise, oil, lemon juice, basil, parsley and pepper.
4) Toss the tortellini, green onions and tomato with the dressing.

SERVING
5) Serve the salad chilled as a side dish.
