1 unpeeled very thinly sliced lemon
6-1/2 oz. can bye the sea chunk light tuna
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons finely diced celery
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup ketchup
1 well beaten egg
4 slices process cheese
Biscuit dough from 1 cup biscuit mix or your own recipe
Directions
Arrange slices of lemon in bottom of 8 inch round, shallow baking dish.
Blend all 8 remaining ingredients except cheese and biscuit dough.
Press tuna mixture over lemon slices.
Cover with a layer of cheese.
Top with biscuit dough, well pricked with fork to allow escape of steam.
Bake in a hot oven of 400 degrees until topping is lightly browned about 15 minutes.
