Delicious Coconut Topping Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs – 2, slightly beaten | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coconut | 1 Can (10oz), flaked | |
| Nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Flour - 3 to 4 tablespoons | ||
| Light cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar to taste | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 375° F.
MAKING
2) Take a bowl and blend all ingredients in it.
3) Spread over the baked mixture and bake for another 20 minutes.
4) Place on a wire rack to cool.
SERVING
5) Cut into pieces and serve.
