Topless Rhubarb Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Rhubarb - 2 cups, finely cut | ||
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pie Shell - 1 no, unbaked | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
MAKING
2) In a large bowl, mix together chopped rhubarb, sugar, eggs, butter and flour.
3) Pour the mixture into the pie shell.
4) Bake for about 10 minutes.
SERVING
5) Serve the Topless Rhubarb Pie with whipped cream, if desired.
