A cup of diced Melon
Fresh Italian parsley, chopped
Fresh Italian mint, chopped
Prosciutto
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Directions
Cook pasta, drain the water out and drizzle some olive oil and then let it cool.
To the pasta, add chopped parsley and mint.
Chop prosciutto and add to the pasta. Add a little lemon juice and a cup of diced melon.
Toss them up to mix.
