1 cup whole wheat flour
 
1 cup oat flour
 
1/4 cup cornmeal
 
1 teaspoon baking powder
 
2/3 cup milk
 
1/4 cup cooking oil
 
5 slices bacon
 
1/2 pound ground beef
 
2 8-ounce cans pizza sauce
 
1/2 green pepper, cut into rings
 
1/2 sweet red pepper, cut into rings
 
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
 
11/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
 
11/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
 
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

For crust, in a mixing bowl combine whole wheat flour, oat flour, cornmeal, and baking powder.
Add milk and oil; mix well.
Using greased hands, press dough into a greased 14 inch pizza pan.
Build up the edges slightly; snip at 1inch intervals.
Bake in a 425° oven for 12 to 15 minutes or till done.
Meanwhile, for topping, cook bacon till crisp; remove.
Drain on paper towels; crumble.
Cook beef till brown; drain off fat.
Spread sauce over crust.
Spoon cooked beef over sauce.
Top with pepper rings, sliced olives, and bacon.
Sprinkle pizza with mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Return to oven.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes more.
