Ingredients
| Lean pork | 1/4 pound | |
| Bamboo shoots | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Mushrooms | 6 Large | |
| 1 cup bean sprouts or peas | ||
| Chicken stock | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shoyu (soy sauce) or salt | ||
| Green onions | 2 , minced | |
Directions
Slice pork as thin as possible.
Combine all ingredients, except shoyu and onions; simmer, covered, 15 minutes, or until pork is cooked.
Add shoyu to taste and serve with a little onion sprinkled on each serving.
