Tongue Cole-Slaw Recipe
|Cabbage||1 Medium, shredded|
|2 cups cooked, smoked tongue, chopped|
|3/4 cup French dressing, made with red and white wine vinegars|
Shred cabbage as fine as possible in long thin strips, add chopped cooked tongue, and marinate in French dressing made with red and white wine vinegars instead of cider vinegar.
