 4 good sized slices of tongue
 Cucumber2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Spring onion1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Cooked peas
 Potato salad
 Beetroot
 French dressing
 3 oz. soft cream cheese
 Capers2 Teaspoon (To garnish)
 Little well flavoured

Directions

Spread each slice of tongue with chutney.
Mix the cheese, cucumber, onion and capers together.
Moisten with a very little French dressing.
Put on to the slices of tongue and roil, making sure the light filling shows at either end of each roll.
Arrange in a ring of sliced beetroot and garnish with potato salad and peas.
