Healthy Protein Bars Recipe Video

If you have been on set with either of us, you know that we bring these everywhere!! It all started after our launch party, when we made over 400 of these into little balls and people just went crazy over them. Here is our original recipe :) YUM!

 Natural peanut butter1 Cup (16 tbs) (Creamy / Smooth)
 Honey1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Old fashioned oatmeal1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Diced apricots1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sliced almonds1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla protein powder1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Organic Variety)
 Cinnamon To Taste (Optional)

Directions

1) In medium size pot, heat Honey & Peanut Butter on stove on medium heat until texture is runny.

2) Mix in Apricots, Nuts, Oatmeal, & Protein Powder

3) Stir until all ingredients are well coated

4) Grease a 9×9 pan with fat free non-stick spray.

5) Press in ingredients evenly

6) Cool in fridge for at least 45 minutes

7) Slice & wrap individual bars in foil or plastic wrap.

8) Enjoy!

yeah...these gals are not bimbos...if they don't give us accurate info about the ingredients, then it will be difficult for us to measure and cook the dish :)
