Tomatoes Pesto Recipe
Ingredients
4 medium tomatoes, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Fresh Pesto
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
Place tomatoes in a shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients, stir well, and pour over tomatoes.
Cover and refrigerate several hours, stirring once or twice.
