Tomatoes And Artichokes Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and cut into halves
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup snipped parsley
Directions
Cook and stir walnuts, cheese, salt and pepper in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until nuts are coated and golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Add artichokes and tomatoes.
Cook, stirring constantly, just until vegetables are hot, about 3 minutes.
Stir in parsley.
