Tomatoes
 
Shallots
 
grated parmesan cheese
 
breadcrumbs

Directions

Cut tomatoes in halves and remove a little of the centre.
Chop and fry the shallots, and mix with cheese and crumbs.
Stuff the tomato halves with this mixture, then sprinkle top with little grated cheese and crumbs.
Bake in greased baking pan until lightly browned.
