Ingredients

 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm)
 1/3-less-fat cream cheese8 Ounce (1 Container Philadelphia, Pasteurized Processed)
 White wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Chopped fresh basil2 Tablespoon
 Chopped fresh parsley2 Tablespoon (Divided)
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Red tomatoes2 , thinly sliced
 Yellow tomatoes2 , thinly sliced

Directions

Place garlic in blender or food processor container; cover.
Process until finely chopped.
Add cream cheese product, vinegar, basil, 1 tablespoon parsley, salt and pepper; blend until smooth.
Arrange tomatoes on serving platter.
Spoon cream cheese mixture over tomatoes.
Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon parsley.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
