Ingredients

 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Philadelphia cream cheese1 Can (10oz), pasteurized
 White wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Basil2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Chopped parsley2 Tablespoon, divided
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Red tomatoes2 , thinly sliced
 2 yellow tomatoes, thinly sliced

Directions

Place garlic in blender or food processor container; cover.
Process until finely chopped.
Add cream cheese product, vinegar, basil, 1 tablespoon parsley, salt and pepper; blend until smooth.
Arrange tomatoes on serving platter.
Spoon cream cheese mixture over tomatoes.
Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon parsley.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
