Ingredients
6 firm ripe tomatoes (2 1/2 to 2 3/4 inches in diameter)
1 cup Cheese Sauce
1 package (10 ounces) frozen green peas, cooked
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Cut a 1/4-inch slice from top of each tomato. Scoop out center of each tomato leaving 1/4-inch shell. Place upside-down on paper towels to drain.
2. Prepare cheese sauce and peas; mix.
3. Sprinkle insides of tomatoes with salt. Spoon sauced peas into tomato shells.
4. Place tomato shells in an 8-inch square glass baking dish. Cover with waxed paper.
5. Cook in microwave oven 3 to 4 minutes at High, or until tomatoes are hot; rotate each tomato one-quarter turn after 2 minutes.
